Dark Phoenix is a 2019 20th Century Fox Film Corporation,Bad Hat Harry Productions,Donners' Company. While the X-Men are still not in the hands of Disney and Marvel Studios, the president of the company after the Avengers franchise, Kevin Feige, would have participated in the new movie of the mutants for 2oth Century Fox, Dark Phoenix. According to a user who was present at the Dark Phoenix panel made at the Comic Con Experience in Brazil, director Simon Kinberg revealed that Feige "reviewed the script and the tone of the film." This of course does not imply that Dark Phoenix has anything to do with the cohesive universe of Marvel Studios, but rather it is Feige's advice so that the production of the film manages to deliver the best possible work. After all, this is not the first time that Feige makes such comments for productions outside the MCU before its premiere, in 2013 the producer exchanged his views on The Amazing Spider-Man 2 with Sony boss Amy Pascal . In addition, before taking the reins of the MCU, Feige had been thrown as producer of the films of the X-Men, instance that even took the opportunity to recommend comics to Hugh Jackman for his role as Wolverine. Dark Phoenix would be one of the last films of the X-men under the ownership of Fox before these characters pass into the hands of Disney for the agreement between both companies. Instance that is speculated will lead to a re-start of the adaptations of the mutants, this time under Marvel Studios.
